Lunch Sponsorship: $10,000 per Day
Each day attendees are provided with a lunch card for available food pre-loaded with $12. The lunch card is printed with the sponsor logo and web address of the lunch sponsor.
WiFi Sponsorship: $9,000
Provides wifi access for all DMFB attendees. DMFB attendees are offered the free WI-FI option in exchange for sharing their contact information with the WiFi sponsor. Includes sponsor content on WiFi access page.
Breakfast Sponsorship (5 per day): $600 per Room
Provide coffee and continental breakfast. Signage on breakfast table for sponsorship and email announcement to attendees.
Afternoon Refreshments (5 per day): $600 per Room
Provide coffee, beverages, and snacks to attendees. Signage on refreshment table for sponsorship and email announcement to attendees.
Networking Bar Crawl (1 each day): $1,500
One Each Night – One Hour of Bar and Hors D’oeuvres. Each exhibit attendee gets 1 drink ticket with company logo and web address. Includes 6′ tall signage in lobby area, listing on website, in printed event guide, and email announcement to DMFB attendees.
Event Guide Ads (14): $150 to $1,500
Ad insertions in the printed and electronic event guide. Sizes vary from 1/8 page to full page. Back link included from ad in ezine event guide.

Signage in Lobby area and on signage in conference rooms. Included with sponsorship packages.
Workshop Session (21): $250
Sponsor a “how-to” marketing session. Choose one of our topics or suggest a topic and create your slides. Indirect promotion (DMFB event special offers) are ok at end of presentation. Content must be approved by DMFB before session will be accepted.
Gift Bag Item Insertion: $150
Insert literature and other items into gift bag that is provided to 1,100+ attendees.

Volunteer Meeting Hosting: $0
